We cater for couples looking for a venue with spectacular vistas from every angle, and outstanding service in an elegant, truly Australian setting.
What are some of your most popular and delicious dishes?
Our succulent, slow-roasted lamb shanks with mustard, mash, buttered green beans and sweet potato chips, or the barramundi with gingered glaze, bok choy, coconut rice, toasted almonds and crispy pappadums. And for a melt-in-the-mouth experience, you can’t go past the chocolate torte with milk chocolate ganache and blueberry compote.

Do you cater for vegetarians?
Yes. Our vegetarian dishes feature fresh, seasonal produce, and we also cater for vegan and other dietary requirements.
Do you offer both sit-down and cocktail style receptions?
We offer a full buffet service, alternate-drop options and cocktail-style menus featuring up to 22 dishes (including big bowl dishes).
Can couples BYO wine if they wish?
No, as we have a fully licensed bar and offer a variety of drinks packages, from basic through to premium options.
What exactly does the cost per head cover? It includes all meals and drinks, but we can also incorporate other aspects such as your ceremony.

We have a fantastic variety of packages to choose from including a premium package and a best-value option package for budget-conscious clientele.
Do you have a courtyard/garden/covered area or place for ceremonies?
There are more than 30 stunning sites around the venue, including a scenic vineyard, 120-metre waterfall, fountain, rose garden with creeping roses, lawn area and rotunda, stone temple, and a boathouse/jetty overlooking the lake.
For evening receptions, do you request an official finishing time?
Events finish at 11pm.
