Step into a fairytale with this enchanting styled shoot inspired by the timeless story of Beauty & the Beast.

Did you catch the lavish production of Beauty & the Beast recently playing at QPAC? Then Tale as Old as Time might still be ringing in your ears (remember the Ariana Grande/John Legend version?). It was top of mind for Kylie from Wedding Dance Diva when bringing this styled shoot together, the dancefloor virtuoso choreographing a captivating first dance to the iconic tune.

The day’s luxurious backdrop was the Stamford Plaza Brisbane, with Beautiful Weddings Australia creating a decadent mood starring rich red roses, accents of gold, and of course, the beauty of Belle.

The talented team at Beautiful Weddings Australia masterfully captured this unforgettable theme’s elegance, beauty, and romance. The grand Stamford Plaza staircase, adorned with candelabras and roses, set the perfect scene for our bride and her groom to take to the dance floor.   We aimed to recreate the sense of magic and inspire couples to embrace timeless elegance. The phrase “Be our guest” graced the menus, while the iconic enchanted red rose under glass featured prominently. Belle’s love of books and a stunning gold mirror also found their place, adding layers of charm and sophistication.  The Disney heroine’s classic beauty also inspired our bride’s hair, makeup, gown, and jewels, while our groom donned a classic blue suit — staying true to the prince’s signature colour.
Every detail, subtly borrowed from the beloved movie, was thoughtfully incorporated to keep the shoot classic yet contemporary. Let this enchanting theme transport you to a world where romance is everlasting and dreams come true.
