Ah, romance was certainly in the air when these two sweethearts first met. While Mitchell was cleaning his tupperware container in the office kitchen, Jade noticed his technique and suggested a more effective cleaning method. It obviously did the trick, with the two going on to bond over football, date and fall in love. Aw!
Opting to tie the knot at one of their favourite restaurants, Jade and Mitchell fell for the Gold Coast’s Southport Yacht Club. “The views there are exquisite and the food is delicious,” says Jade. After getting ready with her bridal party and arriving at the venue on her parent’s boat, Jade met Mitchell for a joy-filled ceremony by the water. “The sun was shining and we had the most perfect Gold Coast weather!”
After exchanging vows, the two hit the beach with Kiss the Groom Photography for a fabulous photo-session. Later returning to the Southport Yacht Club for their reception, Jade and Mitchell shared a sensational gourmet feast and plenty of laughs with loved ones. “It’s not often you get to have all your favourite people in the one room together, so it was so special to have everyone there celebrating with us,” says Jade.
A beautiful first dance and a spectacular bloom-topped cake capped off a marvellous day. Another highlight for the couple? “Taking a moment to see all our guests crowded on the dance-floor and going wild made us both smile,” says Jade. “It was amazing to see how easily our friends and families blended and danced together.” Good vibes? Tick!
