As wedding and events coordinator at The Landing at Dockside, Penny helps plan and organise hundreds of weddings a year, so it’s no surprise that her own wedding plans were often placed on the back burner.
Engaged to partner Martin for three years and with a baby on the way, the two of them had been fooling around with the idea of combining a baby shower and their wedding, when they suddenly decided, “Let’s just do it!”
