#1. Tiny bows
Oversized bows have been gracing some of our favourite gowns, but now a petite twist is popping up on glassware, Champagne towers, floral arrangements and more.
#2. The new Champagne tower
Speaking of Champagne towers, this modern reception mainstay is getting a glow-up. Whether you’re turning yours into a cocktail tower (espresso martinis all round!) or decorating with delicate edible flowers, we love.
#3. 35mm film
Many photographers are adding a 35mm film reel into their packages for a dose of cool nostalgia. We’re the first to admit those old-school edges tug at the heartstrings.
#4. Pretty parasols
Blame the exploding interest in garden-party weddings (or maybe the Queensland heat) but paper parasols are enjoying something of a renaissance. Pretty AND practical!
#5. Colour rush
When flagging the most popular (and searched for) 2024 wedding looks, Pinterest found “colourful, eclectic decor” up a whopping 325 per cent since last year. “Colorful garden weddings” enjoyed a 650 per cent bump, while “vibrant wedding flowers” were up 380 per cent. A spotlight on Gen Z weddings revealed a particular fascination with red, with searches for “rose red wedding” 85 per cent.
