Held at the Brisbane Showgrounds between 18-20 May, the International Cake Show Australia is set to be one seriously sweet event. An extravaganza of classes, competitions and crazy-beautiful displays, the ICSA will also showcase creations from wedding cake geniuses Zoe Clark Cakes, Faye Cahill Cake Design, Cake That, A Little Cake Place, Moreish Cakes (as featured on Married at First Sight and The Great Australian Bake Off), Cakes Alouisa, Sweet Affection Cake Designs, Sweetums and Shayne Greenman.
There’ll also be a special Haute Couture Wedding Cake Designer’s Marquee filled with cakes inspired by the Royal Wedding. One approves.
